Naming your dog after a famous painter has its consequences when Charlie makes a wager with his roommate Joe about whether or not Vinny has "done his business" in their apartment.
Charlie tries to console Joe about his recent woman troubles. Joe would rather discuss the habits of Charlie's dog, Vinny. Charlie reminds Joe, "I feed him. I walk him." "Thank you," responds Charlie, but "I love him like my son." Joe persists and the two place a bet that will finally settle whether Vinny will live up to his namesake.
