a new band is forming and it will be like no other. various conceptions have come before, but now comes...The Network.
See The Network live at the Holy Covenant Methodist Church on November 3rd where they will be playing an unplugged show as part of the League of Chicago Theatre's Theatre Thursday event presented by LiveWire Theater in association with their currently running production of Three Sisters by Anton Chekhov. More info on the event at www.livewirechicago.com.
You may visit The Network at wetcityproductions.com/thenetwork. The site is currently in its infancy as is the band, but it is sure to spider its way into your home and spin a web you will be hooked on forever.

I look forward to hearing it. How did the gig go? What do you guys sound like?
I've got no doubt I'll be hooked. You are one of the greatest living drummers, in my opinion.
And yeah, my blog's been going for about 4 months, I don't keep a public archive of my posts, but y'know check it out. Jake's blog is linked there too. Under The Chaff...
right now we sound like two guys playing guitar, singing a bit and banging/shaking instruments of percussion.
the gig was in a church during a fundraiser for a play the theater company i'm residing at put on for our current production of Three Sisters. no amplification or large audience. i had to pull out Thats the Ways so that I could say fucking whore. people might have heard that line. who knows?
good to see you up on the net, Jake too.
Peace
